New HR - The New Boss in Town Introductory Session for 2017

Human Resource departments are typically a frenzy of activity, but technology has given HR professionals tools that can help reduce admin tasks. Technology is radically changing the face of how we see the HR world and most of what we have become accustomed to, is fast becoming outdated.
Our full day workshop will help you to become more strategic and get a better understanding of how the technology will impact the way we see HR and how it works. Those in the field of HR field need to jump on board the band-wagon and embrace the new tech train!
This two hour introductory session with Dr Alexia Cox will give you a taster of futuristic and strategic HR planning skills (covered in full during the full day workshop):

  • Determining areas of HR investment

Dr Alexia Cox has a PhD from Stellenbosch University and owner of Merging Minds. She has worked for large international corporations across the globe always looking for the next challenge. Over the last 10 years she has worked in a variety of HR functions and environments that have not only given her valuable HR and business exposure but also insight into the significance of planning for HR’s future. She is quickly becoming known as a HR disruptor with a passion for the FUTURE of HR who loves writing articles about it!
