Build resilience to cope with uncertainty and complexity during change.
Learn how to identify anxiety and pinpoint the various sources of stress, anxiety and fear in the workplace. The Embracing Anxiety workshop provides a model that shows how to deal with anxiety and turn it into success. Understand how your belief systems, unconscious behaviour and choices affect your levels of stress.
The objective of Embracing Anxiety is to enable individuals to deal with organisational complexity and ambiguity through applying insightful resilience. Research has indicated that one of the key differentiating factors in leadership, is the individual’s ability to manage complexity with insight and concise decision making abilities. The other factor that sets leaders aside from the average performer is the ability to deal with situational, organisational and regional ambiguity with clarity and certain direction. This requires the leaders to have a strong internal locus of control and self-awareness. In Embracing Anxiety, you will see that insightful resilience calls for creative solution-orientated thinking in order to enhance performance in people without fear driven management. Insightful resilience is what sets team’s aside in high performance, high stress environment.
Embracing Anxiety finds its roots in a coaching approach and borrows from neuro-science, behavioural psychology, plus emotional and physical intelligence to support optimal adult learning. This workshop enables the application of information that is absorbed by the mind, integrated into the heart and expressed in changed behaviour.
Who should attend?
Leaders of self, team and others needing to understand anxiety, and how to transform it (through sound neuroscientific practices), into a positive, productive and creative energy.

What others have said...
“This is by far the most interesting, stimulating, mind – opening seminar I have attended. I expected to get a tool on how to deal with pressure at work, but instead got so much more!”
- Celestine Nicholson, Santam
“Wow, this workshop has changed my view on issues in my life, and it was perfect for me as I am an introvert, it was easy going, non-threatening and no pressure to share. This workshop hasn’t magically resolved my fears but it equipped me with a toolset to deal with the fear and change my reaction to situations for the better. It has had a positive and significant impact on my behaviour.”
- Elsabe Kok, EMP Group
“This was a very empowering workshop. The steps were practical and easy to embrace anxiety, it was a real eye opener. An is very knowledgeable and easy to connect with! She has the most understanding of anxiety that I have come across in a long time.”
