HR - The New Boss in Town Intro

You might have noticed that Tech is radically disrupting the HR space at a phenomenal speed and our ways of working in HR is quickly becoming outdated.

We need to jump aboard the new HR band wagon and create a HR that is fit-for-future-purpose. Through strategic HR visioning and planning HR can reassess what areas of people management are vital to contributing to the organisations bottom line and its future goals. Ultimately, this will lead to HR gaining a seat at the proverbial table.

This two hour introductory session is a "taster" for the one day workshop and  will give you…
  • New techniques on how to identify and meet business needs
  • Move from a “dream” to building a roadmap of HR “reality”
  • How to eradicate complexity from your processes
  • Add a pinch of marketing to your Strategic “HR” plan
  • Streamline HR
  • Encourage strategic thinking through future thinking
  • Understand why strategic thinking is a “must have” competency in ALL HR functions
Who should attend:

Anyone involved in HR who wants to become more strategic – i.e. HR managers, Senior HR professionals, HR consultants, HR directors etc.
