As a family systems therapist, executive coach and author, Rosamund Stone Zander’s passion is developing models for leadership, relationship and effective action that promotes creativity as well as personal and professional fulfilment.

In December 2008 South Africans will have the chance to see Rosamund’s passion and knowledge of her subject in action, as she joins conductor and inspirational speaker Benjamin Zander on a tour of South Africa. During this visit Rosamund will, amongst other things, be conducting a facilitator training session and working with several small groups of people to help them dream big, beyond their current thinking.

She bases her work on an uplifting theory of human development, assisting individuals and corporations alike to formulate vision and direction. Her workshops have benefited well-known institutions like the Aspen Institute, the British Civil Service, Public Radio as well as the World Economic Forum. Other interests include landscape painting; she had her first one-person exhibition in 1981.
